Routine

Routine is a living organism. Routine is like a highway with main and side roads, with double roads, with single roads, with frontage roads. Routine helps us to get sense of direction and figure out where to go next. Routine helps us to create and understand our every day rhythm, our speed, and our heart bit. Routine makes us to understand what we are capable of in life. If you do not like your current routine you might want to change it little by little. Add something you are interested in and stop doing something that brings you down or something that does not provide the results that your are looking for. Do not try to change everything at the same time; it will hurt you. Change little snippets and things or just slowly but surely move away from things that you do not want in your life.

Take a look at your everyday routine and start thinking and writing down what you like about it and what you do not like about it.

What time do you wake up?

What time do you go to bed?

What time do you eat every day?

What do you do every day?

With whom do you interact?

What do you say?

Where do you go?

What is your job?

What are your hobbies?

List all these things and look at them. Figure out what you want to keep and what you want to change and why. Always explain to yourself why you want to change it. Be sure you understand the reason for the change. Your reasons have to resonate with you in a positive way because you are building your life for the better. This is our goal to have a good life every day.
